Week 3 Task 4: Document your Work

The fourth task of week 3 is to upload the photos that you took while interviewing and working with other teens. This will help us to document our work of the project.

To upload your photos, follow the steps below:

  • Write something in the comment box. For example: In this photo, Heba and Esraa are interviewing two teens from another school.
  • Click “Browse” to choose the photo you want to upload.


  • Choose the photo you would like to upload from your computer and click “Open”.
  • The last step is to click “Post Comment”.

Week 3 Task 1: Just Try the Survey!

Dear students,

The first task of week 3 is to take the following survey (or questionnaire) before sharing it with other students. Please, don’t share it with other students now. I just want to try it first on you. Maybe we add or delete some of the questions.

Aims of the Survey:

The aims of this survey are:

  • What favorite ways of communication do teenagers (teens) use in their everyday?
  • How often do they use them?
  • Why do they use these ways of communication?
  • What is the opinion of their parents about using these ways of communication?

How to Write a Good Comment?

Please, read the following tips very carefully.

You are brilliant and smart students. You have very great critical thinking skills. I’m sure you can read, analyze, and write your opinions. Our tasks here are not just copying and pasting other people’s words. This is what I have noticed during Week 2 Task 2 answers. This task asks you to choose one tool of communication you like the most, then write 5 good and 5 bad things about it.

To do this task beautifully, you have to do the following step:

  1. Choose a tool of communication that you really like.
  2. Create 2 columns in a paper and write down all good and bad things about it from your point of view.
  3. Add more information using the internet. You can use If you like something written by another person, you can copy and paste it. Note that you have to copy and paste the resource from which you took the information. Just go to the address bar and copy the link and paste it at the end of your comment.
  4. The last step is to read and revise the comment before posting.
  5. To get the Commentator Badge, you have to follow your comment and reply to others who responded to you. You can also comment to other friends.

Go to this website to upload you image:

Click “Computer” to choose the image you want to upload, then press “Open“.

Click “Start Upload” as you see below.

Step 2

Copy the whole code below and paste it in the comment box:

Dear students,

I hope you are fine. I’m writing this post to tell you that I will extend week 2 to find more time to complete the tasks.

Here is a summary of what you did during the past week:

  1. Some of you completed TASK 1 that asks you to guess what I want to tell you through a word cloud, e.g., Safy Sabry, Sarah Nageh, Kholoud Hussin, Heba Mohamed, Esraa Ahmed, Smaa Ashraf, Gehad Karam, and Esraa Mahmoud.
  2. A few of you completed TASK 2 that asks you to create a word cloud using Tagxedo, e.g., Safy Sabry, Heba Mohamed, and Sarah Nageh (Please Sarah, try again because you seem misunderstand the task).
  3. Just two of you who completed TASK 3 that asks you to choose a communication tool and write five good things and bad things about it: Safy Sabry, and Heba Mohamed.
  4. Safy Sabry is the only member who completed TASK 4 that asks you to comment on  of your colleagues comment abut the tool she wrote about.

Please, move forward and complete tasks 2, 3, and 4 because they are very important before starting collecting other teenagers’ responses and opinions about the most popular communication tools they use in their everyday lives.
